It was a nice Friday night and I really want to go out and sing my heart out at the nearest and cheapest Videoke Bar available. I really missed singing because I haven't been singing for quite sometime now.
It's a good thing that my officemates and friends know a place where we could avail of the cheapest private videoke room. Ed have been telling this place to me since last week. And because I really want to hang-out with them at that time, I asked them to come with me into that place.
So at 10pm, just after office hours, we went to the Island 21 Family KTV. It is located just outside Multinational Village in ParaƱaque City. Just a few blocks away from our office. Beside the Dongalo's Best Restaurant. For just 150 pesos per hour per room with no limit on the number of people allowed in a room, you could enjoy each others company while just singing your favorite songs, chatting, drinking, eating and a little kulitan moment.
Every moment was remarkable. But one thing that I really cannot forget is when Ed gave me a flower that he made from a cigarette pack and straw. I really appreciate the effort. It's true that the simplest gifts are always the best kind.
And yes, there is another thing that happened which I, at that moment, did not know if what I did was the right reaction for those kind of situations. I was heading back to our room coming from the CR when I encountered a guy that I think, at that moment, all that he wants to do is to pee because he seems in a hurry to get into the comfort room. But when he saw me, he suddenly stopped and just stared at me and said: "Hi!"... I was a little surprised so I have uttered nothing but: "Hi yourself!" without even looking at him... Then I continue to walk towards our room. Not looking back at him...
After 5 hours of fun videoke. We paid our bills and went out of that place. But before we conclude the night, we decided to stay for a few more minutes at Dongalo's Best to eat breakfast just before we go home.
Over all, it was a very nice evening with the Boogie boys, namely Ed, Kit, Elmo and Nald. And of course one of my Superfriends, Greyz.
I hope one day, we could come back there with additional friends to share beautiful memories with.
